HumanizePro.ai provides AI writing support, text review, AI humanization, and AI detection-related tools. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HumanizePro.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the text and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, analyze, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

HumanizePro.ai processes submitted text to generate the requested humanized text, detection result, writing feedback, or related output. We do not claim ownership of your submitted text. Submitted text may be processed temporarily in application memory, queues, logs, cache, or similar systems needed to operate the Service. We do not publish submitted text or sell it as standalone content. We recommend that you do not submit passwords, financial data, health information, government identifiers, confidential business records, or other sensitive personal information.

We aim to limit retention of submitted text to what is reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, debug errors, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of submitted text or related account information by contacting us through the contact options available on HumanizePro.ai. We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention requirements.

The Service may use third-party infrastructure, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, security services, and AI model or API providers to operate HumanizePro.ai and generate Service outputs. When third-party providers process submitted text or related technical data, they do so on our behalf or as necessary to deliver the requested functionality. Their processing may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, data processing agreements, and security controls.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Accuracy or reliability of humanization, review, or detection results • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement of third-party rights While we strive for useful results, no AI writing, rewriting, or detection system is perfect. Outputs should be reviewed by you before use and should not be treated as legal, academic, professional, or compliance advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANIZEPRO.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HumanizePro.ai and its affiliates, service providers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you submit to the Service

We reserve the right to: • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time • Change these Terms and Conditions • Refuse service to anyone for any reason • Terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
